“In March 2003 we had Protect-A-Child install a fence around our swimming pool to protect our child. Of course kids grow up and the fence was no longer necessary so we paid the fence forward to some other parents. Protect-A-Child supplied caps for the remaining mounting holes in the deck to make it look clean. Sunlight and UV slowly deteriorated the caps so we needed new caps in 2010 and they sent us replacements. Well, it’s 2020 and the caps need replacement yet again. Guess what, I called and they are going to send NEW replacement caps-gratis. Are companies supposed to be this nice? Sweet!”
